After having spent 30 years consulting in the development of drugs and biologics, my colleagues and I understand challenges of virtual companies looking to bring their products into clinical development.  Virtual sponsors of clinical studies are required to ensure the quality of the drugs they enter into clinical studies and need to have a core set of SOPs to define how that is to be accomplished.  Rather than pay a consulting firm $80,000 to develop a simple set of procedures, we decided to make time tested SOPs available at a fraction of the cost.
